Cottons Cycle Never Shuts Off

The dryer looks nice and is fairly quiet. The only thing wrong is the ‘Cottons’ Cycle doesn’t shut off. Happy to say they are coming in the next few days to fix it or replace the dryer.

The dryer does not dry the clothes all of the way, even when set on the maximum more dry setting. You end up having to run it a few times to dry the clothes completely, which defeats the purpose of it being an energy saving appliance. Might as well line/air dry the clothes.

Sometimes with this unit automatic drying times will vary according to the type drying times of heat used (electric, natural or LP gas), size of load, types of fabrics, wetness of clothes and condition of exhaust ducts. This dryer is saving me so much money in electricity it’s unreal. It doesn’t over dry my clothes and leaves them feeling soft.
