Dries great but the details are lacking

The actual clothes drying and cycles work great, but it is the attention to functional details that are disappointing. The door is hard to open and close. It must be slammed to get it to latch. The lint trap doesn't slide in and out easily and is difficult to align. The mesh for the lint trap is coarse, allowing much more lint through than my previous dryers. I fear there will be much more build up internally as well as in the duct and vent. The screen is so extremely rough it files the end of my nails just running my fingers across it to empty. These are all things that could have been designed better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dries as expected, a good replacement for our 25yr old GE Dryer. The lint filter is very easy to use.

Love the product, my clothes/comforters come out perfect. Once I discover the right setting for different loads my clothes came out dry the first time. I like the lint trap in the front yo remind you clean out after each load.
