Good for a small family

Bought this a few months ago. Overall performance is good. In large bulky loads it has a hard time staying in balance.

i bought this dryer a few months ago and have used it about 6 times now. it seems to take a very long cycle to dry and every time, not all items are totally dry, no matter which setting i choose - optimum or more dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good after a rough start

Two weeks after we purchased the dryer, the drying sensor went out, which required two service visits to correct. No problems since then. It also would be nice to have an option for the dryer door to open down, rather than swing to the side.
I would recommend this to a friend!
