The machine won' t ring out the clothes. Being repaired just a few weeks of owning it.

Least reliable appliance I've ever owned

When it works, it's great. The problem is how rarely it works. We've had this dryer less than six months and just had to schedule our second service call when it stopped running (again). First time it was a loose blower bearing, now it's something else. Each time we've had to wait at least 16 days for a service call. Only buy this dryer if you're prepared to give up weeks without laundry, multiple times in the first year. Five months of ownership, one full month of which has been spent waiting for a tech to fix it (under warranty each time, but still).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All in all Dryer is worth the price. Dryer settings knob seems to be a little tight and feels like I may break it with the force required to turn.

I love my new GE Dryer. I recently moved and had to buy a dryer for the new home. I found and purchased the updated ,new version of the one I had before. I like all of the features with the simplicity of use. The lint filter is so easy to remove and collect the lint. The clothes are always dried perfectly and it's a very quiet operating machine. It's tops for us!!! The real deal!!!!
