The dryer broke within a year, now waiting over a month to get it fixed. Buy any other dryer.

I have been using the dryer for around 2 months now and it works well for us. I like that it is big enough to accommodate queen-size comforters or blankets.

Poor timer function

I’ve replaced the timer twice in five years. As new it is stiff to turn and eventually breaks the knob, then becomes so hard to turn it requires replacement. (Before replacement use pliers to turn the timer.) It appears to me this is a poor design for the timer to become progressively so stiff it fails.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
