When we bought our new home someone broke in and stole the washer and dryer out realtor and his church praise God had bought us a new washer and dryer so sweet . They blessed us we were so excited no more laundry mat ☺️ We had the washer for only a couple of weeks it started to rust the dryer is good . It takes a couple of times for the clothes to dry . We are blessed to have them we just need a replacement with the washer ☺️🤗

Not happy with my purchase

New dryer but it takes forever to dry a normal size load. Forget drying anything thick like a bedspread or blanket.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy if you need to do side or bottom vent

The dryer is ok - what I dislike:
1) the central control knob is odd. It doesn't feel right when you turn it. It is difficult to align to a specific setting
2) do NOT buy if you need to do a side or bottom vent. The side knockouts are almost impossible to get out and you'd have to have a death wish because of the sharp metal.
3) there is no side vent kit available. I asked. Spent forever in a chat and they and a specialist said no kit available. Get the parts from your local hardware store.
4) instructions lack information regarding the parts you need to get for side venting. Length of the extra duct would be an important detail.
5) had the engineers recessed the lower back panel another inch - plent of space internally for them to do this - there would be no need for me to do a side vent.
