Worked Great Until About 1 Year of Use

Got it brand new. Dryer worked for like a year and then started taking so long to dry clothes. We cleaned lint every time off filter. Still takes forever.

We'd like to assist with the long drying times you are noticing.
The first place we suggest checking is the ductwork. You will want to ensure that no obstructions or holes are present. Make sure the outside wall cap or damper is operating easily.
It is also important to remember that the way clothes are loaded can impact the drying time and performance. There may be too many items in the dryer. Only dry one wash load at a time. Do not combine wash loads to make one large dryer load. There may be too few items in the dryer. Stopped working within 4 months

The button you press to start the dryer does not work. Completely useless within 4 months of installation. My family now doesn’t have the ability to dry our clothes. Could not be more disappointed.

If you have not already done so, we recommend disconnecting the power to the dryer at your circuit breaker box for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If the issue persists once the power is restored, please call our GE Appliances service team - Bodewell at 1-833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET to have your dryer evaluated and repaired as needed.

And the quality and performance of the cleaning, we can tell how clean our clothes are, especially since we work in healthcare, i am confident that our scrubs are clean.

Brand New GE Dryer Wont Turn On

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it brand new with my new house and it stopped working within 6 months. It just stopped working all of a sudden. Seemed completely fine and now it won’t turn on. Door is closed and it is plugged in.

We recommend checking the fuses/circuit breakers to ensure there’s no issue; an electric dryer will often use two fuses/breakers, and if only one is operating that may cause an issue. durable, easy in operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a durable product. Usually problematic issues start with the electronic panel. I specifically wanted product without it, only with the mechanical knobs. Another good feature is the absence of an agitator. It is very harsh on a fabric and often ripped cloth apart.
