my old dryer most likely needed a new heating coil. I didn't want to put any $$ into it as it was old. This new GE dryer is easier on the electric bill and is so much quieter! The features don't let the clothes get wrinkled up with the extended fluff. I love it, It also came with a rebate from my Electric Coop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

very nosey. doesn't always shut off. ran all night one time and was still hot. my terry cloth wash cloths get snagged on something below the door, and the dryer sheets do too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I guess if I was going to nit pick i would say the lint trap should be bigger other than that it's a awesome dryer! The option for turning the buzzer down is great! Thank you so much GE for making this awesome dryer!!

Lint trap catches items legs won’t stay adjusted

Paid cash for my dryer. The lint trap catches items. Legs on washer& dryer won’t stay when I adjust the level. Constantly rocking because it is unlevel all the time.
