Seems to work well so far. Control knobs are hard to turn, but I can manage it, even with arthritis. I haven't used it long enough to know about reliability. I purchased the retailer's 5-year service plan, so local service should be readily available if there is a problem.

It has a large capacity, dries well, and is quiet! Only downside is a small metal bar attached to the outside of the lint trap (inside the drum), Dryer sheets, hair, etc get caught under it and are difficult to get out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love our new dryer. Does a fine job drying. We have very basic needs so it great for us. It does seem to dry faster than our old one.

I bought this approximately 3 months ago and I am still trying to learn how to use it. Would prefer a much simpler dryer.

My previous unit was 20+ years old and noixy, this one is quiet and senses when the laundry is dry. Great unit.
