Knobs hard to turn and not sure which way to turn.

The GE dryer is magnificent in some ways, but two shortcomings: Knobs hard to turn and don't know which way, and lint holder not easily reinserted. Price was good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased 6/2016 and stopped working 4/2018 - less than 2 years. Needs new starter switch and motor.
