Our old dryer (10 years) came to an abrupt stop. Shopped for new dryer(Wife in charge) and decided on GE. Outstanding choice.....so many drying procedures. I wish the old dryer had quit earlier. Am telling all that will listen to consider a GE for their next dryer.

Great Dryer

I just bought this dryer and cannot believe how quiet it is and the alarm dryer is loud enough that you can hear it. This dryer also has a cooling down cycle so that your clothes don't come out a wrinkle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cleans very well

We bought our washer/dryer a few months ago. I really like the amount of clothes it will hold and the thoroughness of the cleaning/drying. The biggest negative is that they have too many options, which only confuses me. The dryer seems to be too harsh, even though I use "Casual" for just about everything. The clothes frequently come out wrinkled. The "buzzer" on the dryer is loud enough to wake the dead, although I do put it fairly low. I don't mean to sound too critical - I am glad I got them both. It's just that such a great pair could be even better with a little effort.
