Had this washer delivered a couple of days ago. Having read the reviews prior to purchase, I spent the time to read the clear 1 page directions to ensure I set the settings correctly - easy! I wanted knob control as not confident pad controls will last. First used on towels; the initial noise as the machine started was extremely loud, but then subsided into what I'm use to with my old Whirlpool. Towels were wrung well; also then used on cotton clothing....came our clean - no problems with inadequate water fill.
I would recommend this to a friend!
