I bought this dryer 2 months ago and it has worked great! My clothes always come out very dry and do not have the hot smell that some dryers give clothes.

A Dryer That Won’t Dampen Your Spirits

My wife purchased this dryer for our first house and after 6 months of near daily use, I’m extremely confident in the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of this dryer. The feature set completes the package, with the ability to control dry time, temperature, and Extended Tumble. This is truly an excellent machine and sits proudly next to its GE washing machine counterpart and will for years to come.

GE Quality - Not What Is Expected

Would likely not purchase another GE major appliance based on this dryer. Despite being level, it often squeaks when in operation. The dryer also does not cycle through and shut off automatically despite this being the more expensive dryer with the sensor that is supposed to turn the dryer off when clothes are dry. It just keeps running and running.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dryers sure have changed!

We’ve had this dryer for a couple of months, and I still haven’t used half the features. It’s so roomy that I do at least one less load per wash day. The only complaint: the buzzer to way too loud, even on the lowest setting.
