Better than iphone

I switched from iPhone and won't go back. I love my pen. I love that my new text message will appear on my closed screen. I have have a few issues with updates changing settings and a few times the screen didn't respond quickly but I found out it was an ap causing an issue. My iphone would lock up and crash. I was always updating to the new iPhone thinking it should be better and it never was. Cell phones and data plans are over priced in general. I wish they would make a phone that doesn't need a case. Don't make the back so slippery
Pros: pen. extra features, split screen
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better Than Ever

I've been impressed by the Note series since I first saw a friend's Mom using her original Note when she visited from Korea. They've came a long way, but it's obvious that the principles being this phone have remained the same. So, let's go over why I love this one even more than my pervious two Notes (2 & 3).
1) It's sturdy, and feels very well crafted. I love the pairing of glass and metal, and the weight is perfect in your hand.
2) I actually have the gold version, don't know why it registered as the black one on here. Anyway! The gold is more a brushed nickel, in my opinion. Which I love! It's not bright or fake gold metallic, it looks very chic. You'll laugh, but it matches the metal fixtures we've bought in our apartment, which made me very happy. Fake gold is tacky, but this phone is stunning.
3) The home button is so much tougher! I've never had one break, but they felt wiggly and loose in my previous two phones (and my Note Pro tablet), but not here. I hit that bad boy the first time and literally went, "wow! That's much better!"
4) The S Pen and the funky features associated with it are better than ever. Being able to draw right on the screen and save that screenshot, writing a memo any not even opening another app? That's handy. And I'm not even a business professional or artist who would get better use of all these tools.
5) It's incredibly fast. I'm no tech guru, but man, I noticed an immediate difference between the speed of even something so simple as loading a web page. I'm happier than ever with this phone.
It's obvious that Samsung really puts a lot of effort into the development and production of all their products, not just phones. These things are so reliable, durable, and worth every penny. I'm always sharing with friends and strangers in stores that Samsung is the way to go, and this phone proves that point as well. Thank you to all the folks at Samsung around the world.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, fast processor
I would recommend this to a friend!

All around the best phone I ever had its good for everything I like the pen and easy to take notes. The screen is big perfect for viewing videos and surfing the net.
Capability to use a flashlight and turn on hotspot directly from the main screen is great. Speed is great and responsive and I use a lot of apps so tend to slow down quickly. I have found the need to restart due to Bluetooth not working quite right, ie connecting to car but sound comes out of phone not car. Wireless charging is actually a nice feature and not one I thought I'd use much of. I do have to take it out of my wallet case to charge. Battery life is surprisingly good, I almost get a full day and I use my phone heavily and not for just calls. 4g connection is ok, I didn't notice any major difference from previous phone. Screen touch responsiveness isn't consistent and the finger print scanner though much much better than Note 4 is still not quite up to the capability of the IPhone.
