I work for a cell phone carrier and since I switched to a samsung device, ive loved it!! I now have a note 5, gear s2 and a gear vr headset. They are all wonderful products and i recomend it to all of my customers!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

I absolutely love my Samsung note 5. It runs great fast, I love the watching videos and movies on it the picture quality is amazing. I love how the stylus clicks in and doesn't fall out such a great feature. Its great for all my office work on my phone it has word and excel which I use a lot. Visuals, apps videos everything just looks great in this phone. its perfect!

I absolutely love this phone. Large screen, great for watching movies or tv shows. Awesome processor making multi tasking a breeze. AMAZING CAMERA! The pictures and videos I've taken are so clear and beautiful, Huge amount of internal memory, lightweight but not the the point it feels cheap, and the beautiful design! The phone is big, and me having small hands, I am able to move around the screen with smooth control without accidently selecting unwanted items. The only downfalls I have is the voicemail icon never dissapearing, the volume is not very loud even at 100%, sprint id download error that never seems to go away, the briefing you can't remove off your home screen if you swipe all the way left, (these are all issues I've had with recent Galaxy Note 5's.) Besides those minor things the Galaxy Note 5 is an absolutely amazing phone and I love it. I would absolutely recommend this to friends and family!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, 32g internal memory, awesome stylus, clear call sound, great keyboard with the numbers on top, amazing backing up services, new accounts to provide plenty of external storage, complete phone protection and updates, awesome applyable themes without a launcher, pre-loaded with many useful apps, long lasting battery and awesome fast charging.
Cons: unable to remove unwanted preloaded software, high deductible even with insurance, stylus leaves a film across the screen, speakers are not very loud at all, strange crashes from random apps even after fr, doesnt automatically capitalize the letter i, no rf changer/scanner as in previous version 4
