This is from personal experience dealing with Samsung.
I have not yet met any other company to give all to their customers, i have had 2 issues one being with my watch (Gear s2) and the other with note 5, i could not believe how responsive they were absolutely flawless with the assistance i received, both the issues i had where resolved in a couple of days, which is fine by me because there was no charge.

I was an iPhone head until my note 2 which I still have I just upgraded to this one and I'm still learning to use it and I like it a lot but what I hate about it is that it doesn't have a changeable battery and it drains it to fast another thing I don't like is that you can't add a memory chip that was the best because you can save private stuff separate from your phone but other than that like everything else about it.
