I have had this phone for 2 weeks now, I have already gone in and replaced my s pen due to factory error, three days later I was pushing in to release my s pen from my phone when the clicking part of it flew off along with the spring inside. Lost my spring and my guess is the lack of glue to hold it together

Upgrading from a note 3 is worth it....maybe. I absolutely love the design. The camera is a total step up but I've heard not much from the note 4. Much faster going from page to page. The battery lasts forever as long as it's not in my pocket. I think my butt is pressing the button, but still it lasts the whole day-of course I just got the phone so we'll see a few months from now. I gave Value 3 stars because let's face it, it costs more than a 50 in tv! The glass back makes it feel so fragile and a case was ordered!
Pros: Bright display

I have wanted a note since the note 2 and I finally have one with the note 5 and it was worth the wait. The phone is so fast and smooth it's unreal. Only issues I have are where the home button is and where the aux jack is. Other than that I'm in heaven and they aren't they big of an issue. When I hit the home button in a text message I usually hit the space bar.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: headphone jack location

I was skeptical about upgrading from my Note 4 because the 5 didn't have a removable battery, but I'm so glad I did. This phone is a beast and does everything I could ask it to do for me. The note is fantastic if you love art and one of my favorite features is being able to use the pen when the phone is locked to make a quick note or sketch. Everything else is pretty flawless and no issues yet! Good job, Samsung. I will always be your customer. ❤

We highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 to anyone needing a device that can handle your daily business needs. Small compact but with lots of features and new innovations. Would like to see new devices with expandable memory but outside of that A+ device.

Very good phone but has its problems

1 the main reason i like android was because of the additional SD storage. With the note 5 you dont get that.
2 gorrilla glas has been nothing but problems for apple.... why are you switching to a cheap grade aluminum, plastic, and gorrilla glass..
3 s home causes system lag because it requires so much ram to use.
4 durability is greatly lacking. It now has the durability of an apple because of the gorrilla glass.
If you return 1,2,& 4 to origional with removable back case it would be the perfect phone.
All other phone glitches are going to happen with other phones. Lucky enough samsung has the best software and close to the best hardware.
This would be the best phone if 1,2, & 4 were returned to something similar to the note 4.
Thanks for the great phone though. 4.75 stars.

We both have had Samsung for awhile and knew it was time for our upgrade and when we saw the Note 5 we were hooked. It has been easy to use and works great.
