Many people in my family have Samsung phones for years and they love them. So I thought I would see for myself. I love the phone, I would not change a thing about it.

This is my first Samsung phone and I love it! It has been an easy transition from what I had before and I can hardly believe all the things the Note 5 can do, still learning every thing LOVE IT

The fastest, best looking phone I've ever owned!

This phone is amazing the screen is large and vivid! And battery life is surprisingly long considering the size of the display. This phone is a joy to use!
Pros: Bright display, very good battery life.
Cons: needs a bluetooth update

Feature Packed, But with a Few Nagging Issues

I've had the phone a couple months now and I like many of the features. I like the S-pen, although I haven't used all its capabilities yet. I love the ease of changing themes, but wish you had the ability to pick a background of your choice and have it create a unique color-coordinated theme for you on the fly. I love Samsung Pay, but have to try several times before the thumb print reader finally reads my print. The display is brilliant and apps tend to run very smoothly. However, I have noticed a very annoying lag when typing text messages. Not sure if this has anything to do with the theme or cache...but it is so bad sometimes, it seems the phone is frozen...I stop and then after a few seconds, I see what I have typed. I also wish you hadn't decreased the size of the battery! It would be great to go through a day without having to recharge at some point. The camera on this phone is outstanding, esp in low-light conditions.
Pros: Bright display, s-pen, samsung pay, theme store, camera quality
Cons: laggy, battery

I love the phone and all the cool features! Only one thing is a little bad and that the battery goes down quickly if use alot. But it also charges very fast.

I upgraded from the Note 3 and I am so glad I did. The quality of sound, pictures and features are amazing. I have recommended the phones to all of my friends and family members.
