I replaced my S4 with this Note5. Great new features. I appreciate the stylus and easy access to notes.

Anticipated getting the phone and phone for the use of the Product

Upon receiving the phone I was able to use the phone right out of the box.
Started using the phone immediately to schedule meetings, employee interviews, appointments in calendar, making notes and updating contact profiles. I am very pleased with the product. I have been learning to use the features, such as the S-Pen; notepad and navigation to name a few.
5 Start in my opinion for usefulness, product feel (sturdy) and design. Battery life is amazing
Photos are great. Sound volume Excellent.

Missing the Infrared ...

I enjoy the phone however I am missing the infrared that allowed me to use my phone as a remote.

Love everything but the fact that the battery is not removable

As you may have heard, the battery and Sd card are not removable on this device. Although that was a huge minus, it is an awesome device and didn't expect such an improvement performance wise from previous model. Definitely would buy again.

Cons: no removable accesories
