This is a great phone

I so love Samsung. I had a Note 4. Big enough to use at work. I work in telephone construction so the big screen came in handy. Plus it takes great pictures. I have like 30,000 pictures on facebook that I have taken with all my Samsungs. So when I had a chance to move up to the 5 I did.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

This has been my favorite Samsung smart phone to date. I've had the Galaxy S2 and S4. It's quick and easy to use, the pen is a little touchy but after a while it is easy to adjust to.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight

It hasn't been what I expected

Sometimes I wish I had stuck with my note 4. I love the design of the phone and the clarity of the screen, but it has a hard time processing things that my old phone did fine with. I have to power cycle the phone almost everyday because of force closing apps. Even the Samsung apps that come preinstalled are force closing. I did a factory reset hoping it would help, but I'm still having issues everyday. The most irritating thing is when it says my keyboard is not responding.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, hard time processing applications
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the processor speed and larger size of the Note 5, the camera takes amazing pics. What I don't care for is the change to the OS as far as the screens not being able to swipe around...they act like a iPhone now...getting to the last screen stopping and then having to go back. Also, on some apps the outside edges of the screen seem as if they are dead, un-selectable, not sure if it's a App glitch or a device glitch.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight, fast
Cons: home screen doesn't fully rotate like the s4

memory, speed and data transfer

I thought getting a new smartphone was going to be an issue with losing our pictures, videos and contacts from our S4. The Samsung team transferred all of it and it's easily accessible on my new Note5 due to memory and speed I'm sure. I was against a large phone originally and this phone has changed my mind. Best decision I made for a phone. Thank you Samsung.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, easy to navigate, application speed very fast, excellent picture and video quality, internet speed excellent when on a great network.
Cons: a little pricey but still better than the iphone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I been using the Note 5 for about 3 months now and I am very impressed. The phone is quick and responsive to all actions, takes very high pictures, and is fair easy to use. I love the stylus features for screen writing and the ability to scroll and capture screenshots.
Pros: Inexpensive, Built-in speakers

The Galaxy Note 5

I have only had the for a few days now so it is premature to do a review at this time.
There is one thing i have found i do not like about this phone. The speakers at the bottom of the phone are in the wrong place. They are on the bottom right. They should be at the bottom left. Several times now i have put my finger over the speakers while talking to someone. They could not hear me.
I do not like that i can not add a micro sd card.
I believe for the money we have to pay for these phones. There are a lot of features that should be added to every phone.
If you dont give your customers the little thing like the Micro SD. Another company will. This is a part of the reason i dont use the iphones.
I upgraded from a Note 3 to the Note 5. I honestly like the note 3 better. It maybe because i had it for so many years. They seem to both have really great features. In time i am sure i will like this phone as good as I did the note 3

I upgraded from a Note 3 to a Note 5. I love my new phone. The camera is awesome. It's easy for me to access my apps. It has more storage space. It has a fast charging charger. The only thing I thought I didn't like was the built in battery. But the battery is long lasting. I would recommend this product to anyone.
