i am loving the new phone.. i have had it for about 3 weeks and i love the camera and the easy use of features. this is not my first note phone. i had a note 2 before love the big screen but like all phones it becomes outdated. i decide to upgrade to a note 4. hated it and returned the phone with in a week. this phone is so much of what i expected from the note 2. i would recommend this phone and would buy another one. likes? big screen, great photos and videos, easy to use, very fast processor . what's not to like. only sad thing is one day it will become obsolete . but not today!
I was a little leery because I didn't actually pick this for myself. I damaged a phone and this was my replacement. I have been pleasantly surprised. I only have a few things that I don't like, I don't like the fact that it doesn't have an IR blaster (this bothers me a lot, why in the world would you take that feature away). Not having a SD slot is also something I didn't like. The battery life is great tho...lasts forever compared to a few of my past phones, and not having a replaceable battery feels limiting but as I said earlier the battery life is great so I'm continuing to test it out.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: no ir blaster!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

phone is probably the best phone ive owned, but dont like the fact that it doesnt have expandable memory slots, (as probably everyone knows by now). and its not water resistant.
another thing that i didnt like about it when i got, the screen it a bit awkward but sure got used to it, but it definately needs a rubber case to help hold the phone in your hand. cuz of the sleek design, it will slip right out of your hand.
a few of the things i do like about the phone. it has a stylus which helps with writing quick notes, or even filling out applications or excel documents from pictures, and it can be easily shared without having to type the information it.
the battery charges fast, but you have to have an "adaptive fast charger" in order for it to work.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, good battery life, fast charging, stylus
Cons: slippery with out a case, stylus is fragile
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pros: Love the versatile use of the stylus pen, quick note option, great screensaver doodling for young kids Nice big wide screen Audio quality on both ends is significantly better than older models Cons: Access to "OK Google" could be improved, and more readily accessible Quick power options take multiple clicks to simply turn off, restart, etc. Location feature is spotty at times and frequently unreliable
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: location feature unreliable
I would recommend this to a friend!

Upgrade From a Galaxy S5 to a Note 5

So I had my Galaxy S5 for about 2 years and used it throughout my first and second year of college and let me just say that phone was awesome! I played games, took notes, made calls, and reviewed my e-mail and still had battery life well through the night. But the phone began to seem a little slow and i though it was a time for a change and well it couldn't have gotten better than this. The Galaxy Note 5 is a huge step up from the S5 in the fact that (1) the screen is a bit bigger so having two apps open at the same time is not as crammed as it was on the S5, (2) The sound quality from the microphone is a big step up since it was moved to the bottom of the phone instead of it being in the back of the phone to where you have to cup your hand awkwardly to listen to videos or music, (3) Taking notes on this phone is extremely easy with the built in S Pen, I have used it from saving phone numbers easily, taking orders at work for food, writing down little comments, and even navigating through your phone, up to playing games that you need to be very specific with where you point. The phone is not too big that your hand can't grasp it correctly and I'm 5'6 with decently (using medium sized gloves for everything) hands. A bummer is that i cant put a new memory card in to expand it but with apps like Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive, I have a total of over 200 GB at my disposal for pictures, games, music, and more. The camera on this phone is awesome as well, very clear and takes night photos like a Go Pro. The phone stabilizes the camera, so when your trying to get that perfect shot while moving, the phone has got your back and with focusing on background objects you'll see different views for pictures you have never seen before. All-in-all this is a great phone! I would recommend it to everyone who loves Samsung phones to try it out and everyone joining the Android community to give this a shot. I promise you'll fall in love!
Wife and I got upgrades from the Galaxy S5 to the Note 5, and are blown away by the performance of the Note! Speedy processor, beautiful screen, great functionality!!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
I would recommend this to a friend!

Its has multiple smart features and nice tricks :)
It a good phone, but it not very durable. I have crack my phone twice and it did not take much force. Otherwise it a good phone for someone who is not a outdoor kind of person
