Excellent phone but some features missing

Really, really would like to give this a 5 star on everything but I can't.
There are many features missing that we have had before in your great products. I know since I've had the note 1, 3, and now 5.
For one why is the infrared sensor gone for easy remote control of devices? Why did we get rid of the option of replacing our own batteries? They do go bad... I'd figure the warranty replacements would cause more hassle to you than its worth. Next, no more additional SD card space? I'm just not seeing how these choices are a betterment for the progress of such a great product?
Anyways, everything is grand with my note 5. Performance and speed are always unfaultering. Wouldn't choose any other OS. All in all a great product that slightly hinders consumer expansion.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, excellent processing speed, excellent resolution and display, multi window multitasking is intuitive, incredible camera quality
Cons: lack of infrared sensor, lack of sd card slot, lack of option to replace one's own battery, although back glass is flashy it could be fragile
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the new Note5. The only thing is the screen. I hate to think of dropping it. I love the color and the many things, so far that I know of, I can do with the phone. I love how you could attach a note to a caller. So cool.

As a user I love it.
the camera is great I had great pictures, easy to use easy to work easy to understand.
the battery last all day and has a great control of the background apps it is faster at wake up.

Reliable, long battery life

Have enjoyed samsung for a while .. this phablet allows me several options to increase contrast, size of letters, many utilities for productivity, and good size to fit in slr case too.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, accebility options a plus!
Cons: no ability to add micro sd card, missing water resistence
