I have had this phone for about 6months and everything was great until about 2 weeks ago. Like the features, takes great pictures, love the stylus and the ability to make notes. Charges quickly and the charge lasts a long time. Sound quality is good.
The problem came in 2 wks ago when the phone locked. couldn't retrieve anything. happened I believe after I loaded Samsung pay. after multiple phone calls and emails, finally took phone in and had it 'wiped' loosing all my information. can retrieve some from the cloud, but most numbers are gone.
no one can explain how or why this happened.

I love every feature of this phone. One thing that I miss from my note 4 is that it don't come with an SD card slot.
But always can buy the 64gb.
With a back glass it looks fancy, it looks nice but you have to be extra careful where you place the phone.

A great phone with overall style and class. Innovative with the curved screen but is still a bit difficult to use and not enough apps for the Edge feature.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, stylish
Cons: all glass doesnt do well with accidental drops

I am 60 years old and I can say that though my years I find that the Samsung Galaxy Note5 that I have is easy to use and understand the settings I will have Samsung for the rest of my life
