This is my first samsung phone. I was honestly expecting less quality. I was impressed by the materials and the feel this phone The only con I found was the price. It is more expensive than an average computer. Otherwise I'm very happy with it.
Pros: beautiful design, material quality
Cons: expensive, memory expandabily
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the dislpay and the amazing camera would definitely recommend to friends and family
i love most of the systems on this device. only 3 things stand out as problematic. when in standard screen mode only half of the apps are accessible. screen is basically useless on the right side. that's in the rotation mode. another thing is the home screen doesn't rotate. lastly, but most importantly, the phone dialer page, in rotation mode, only shows 1 thru 9. it doesn't show *, 0, #, voice mail symbol. nor the phone symbol, or the hide dialer key. the only way i can rotate dialer page is thru 3rd party rotation app. due to not rotating thru phone. i drive for a living and use a docking station and i need it to rotate. all other apps rotate.
The phone is fast. The thin profile makes it light amd easy to use. I dont like glass on back of phone.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: glass on back.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Magnificent machine! Serendipitiously bought it day of release vs Samsung S6 (actually, bought an S6 for my wife to replace S5 being handed down to other family member). We're a Samsung family (PCs, tablets, phones along with TVs etc). Never been disappointed with performance, reliabililty, cost, full of features I value. Getting the Note5 a no brainer!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, full of useful features, no samsung/other bloatware
I would recommend this to a friend!

A Major Upgrade!

To begin with my new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is actually faster on 4G/LTE than my Galaxy Note II was on wifi. The display is astonishing. The screen is beautiful. The biggest learning curve was making the adjustment from Android Kitkat to Lollipop. Happily it only took me a day or so to get comfortable with Lollipop. The new stylus is great and I promise not to insert it backwards, lol. Seriously, this smartphone rocks and I could not be happier with it.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight, fast processor
Cons: none
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my first Note and i have to say I'm glad it is. One of my brothers has the note 3 and one has the note 4 and the note 5 is definitely better in design and performance. Also the battery last me the day and all night. I work the night shift and so i will unplug my note at 1 in the afternoon and i wont have to plug it in again until 4 in the morning. Just and amazing phone. Thank you Samsung for the best note ever.
