This is my first smartphone, always had a flip phone. Asked my sister (who is very knowledgeable about these things) for help. When I gave her the specs for the Galaxy S6, she was very impressed and said this is the phone that would match what I'm looking for and more. I purchased the Pearl White, it's very pretty. Wanted a front/back camera that took great pictures, this one does. Still learning how to use it, but so far it's been easy to navigate. Purchased a Galaxy flip cover in white to protect my phone. Have dropped my phone twice on the carpet, no damage, the flip cover worked. Only trouble I have is always accidently hitting the "Recent" and "Back" buttons on the front bottom left and right corners of the phone, very annoying. I guess, being a new smartphone owner, I need to adjust the way I hold the phone. Panicked when I didn't find an instruction manual included, but went to the Samsung site and was able to view one there.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, takes great photos, easy to use

The S-view flip cover for S6 is durable and works well, in most situations. There's one annoying thing that happens when talking on the phone with the cover closed - sometimes calls are disconnected when the S-view "End call" icon touches the ear in a wrong way. Otherwise, the cover is great. Withstands heavy use, carrying it around in backpacks, tight pockets, shopping bags, etc.
It's easy to install and remove, a feature important to me, as I use another case for hiking. Overall, well worth the price.

looked much cooler in the picture. i would never buy anther flip cover from samsung. so not worth the price i payed for it...FREE.

This flip style case is unique to all the others. This case has a small window where you can add your own customer wallpaper. The window is a quick and small source of checking the time and weather very quickly without unlocking your phone. It also shows you all your notifications that youve missed recently. When you have to close the phone, you can just close the flip cover and it turns off your screen. Once you need to use it again, it lets you pick back up from where you were earlier. All that and it protects your screen from dirt and very small drops. Great looking case with sweet features. I highly recommend this case.

plastic corners crack and break fast !! And Samsung wants to hear nothing ! I have bought two , and the 2 brocken in few days ! and i am not alone ..... !

the small screen scratched the top half of my phone completely and the smallest drop breaks the corner plastic

Galaxy S 6 S-View Flip Cover

I purchased this item knowing that it is not specifically designed for the Galaxy S 6 Edge phones.
I just wanted something to protect the phone from a clumsy moment.
It works okay but the phone and camera buttons do not move up into the window like they should.
It does wake the phone up when opened. Also it allows me to charge the phone wirelessly without taking it out of the case.

Will wait and see if there is a software update or a different flip-cover is offered for the Edge.
Till then I am ok with my flip cover but slightly annoyed the accessories were not available at product launch.

It is a nice cover. I recieved this free! The gold looks nice but sure not my color. The clear cover is durable. dont like that i have to keep opening cover. It does protect it in somewhat.
