I like the format of music with learning. I bought it for my seven year old to help with multiplication. She loves to sing along. She is starting to memorize her times tables and is learning about grammar. It brings back memories of Saturday morning cartoons.
What's great about it: It makes learning fun.
I would recommend this to a friend!

All the fill-ins from the 70's Saturday morning cartoons that were fun and informative! A plethera of enjoyable education!.
What's great about it: Entertaining- Educating- Inexpensive

These short videos are great and entertaining with fantastic music and are the ones some people will remember from when they were a kid, watching Saturday morning cartoons, back when there were only 3 TV stations, and you had to walk to school up hill in the snow, both ways! Seriously, though, my 3 1/2 year old daughter absolutely loves these. Additionally, the videos from the "America Rock" section of the DVD are something that every member of Congress, the Supreme Court, and the President should be required to watch and learn!
Bottom line: These are very educational and worthwhile. Buy them!

I have LOVED these songs since they first were released, and I actually bought this DVD for my 6-year-old niece. She loves the songs as well. After all these years, I still find the music catchy and the lessons valid! I have also used the Multiplication Rock songs for my kids to help them learn their times tables. I would STRONGLY recommend this DVD to anyone. Still fun after all these years!
What's great about it: Everything. The music is catchy and helps kids learn while having fun doing it!
What's not so great: Nothing

As far as I can tell, this is the remastered complete Schoolhouse rock series from the 70's and 80's. Great fun even for this generation. The catchy & fun songs have my kids loving them and singing along.
Audio and video are both well done, especially the sound quality.
Good to see that they actually put some work into bringing this fun and educational series back to life for kids to enjoy.
