[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a writer and just finished a book. I needed to quickly print copies for editors and reviewers. I had not bought a new cartridge in a long time and didn't plan ahead so the cartridge I had installed was low on toner and ran out quickly. I ordered a new one and was surprised how fast it shipped and arrived, especially because I did this at the end of March 2020, when everything was slowed down by the COVID lock downs. This was a long manuscript (a full book) with lots of pages, and I printed numerous copies and so ran out of ink/toner again in a couple days. I ordered another cartridge (early April) and was again pleasantly surprised how fast it shipped and arrived. The cartridge was so easy to switch out and install and everything went great! I even appreciated how easy they made it with the ready-to-go shipping label to put the old cartridge in the box and ship it back for recycling or reuse (nice for the environment and I appreciate that). Great experience all around! It was even easy to find the right cartridge and order it.

I rely on the printer and the ink for my work, my emotional health, my spiritual sustenance. Some of the poems have been accepted already by online magazines. As Knoxville Poet Laureate, I keep writing about the natural beauty of my city, as well as about the inner struggles to thrive. My printer helps to keep me connected. And of course, the ink in the toner is a poet's life blood! Thank you.
