Great oven

Had it about a month now, the convection is great, cooks evenly and fast! I love the oven top as well, has great options for heat control, overall a great oven. The only con, when using the convection you can hear it, it's not loud, but definitely different.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Stove

Purchased this stove to match refrigerator that we had to buy.. Since Our stove was on its way out also .. I like it so far . Still getting used to it, but its working out., food cooks up great and the black glass top is nice. A little tricky getting used to using it and cleaning it. I try to clean up spills as quickly as I can as I have heard these can be tough to clean if you let spills sit and bake on. I have not used the convection yet, nor the self clean feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have been using the range for about a month and love it. Cooks evenly and easy to use controls and love the extras such as the meat thermometer.

Great stove - love the true convection option.

I bought this about 2 months ago and love my new stove. The 'quick boil' feature really works, liquids boil is NO time! Almost like a gas stove. Also, the 'true' convection option is great, my baked goodies come out perfect and cook quickly & evenly. Very happy with my purchase.

Wonderful addition to our kitchen

I have used this stove for a month, and I love it. The cooktop heats up so quickly, and I love being able to choose the size of heating surface on 2 of the burners. Sometimes I need more than just 2 small burners, and this stove gives me the chance to do just. The warming element is a nice feature and came in handy for a large family dinner. The oven is so much larger than my old one, and with the convection feature, I can actually use all 3 racks! The fan does make a little noise, but I can live with that, considering things bake so much faster and much more evenly than in my previous oven. The only downside is the storage drawer-it isn't the full width of the stove, so I can't store as many pots in it, and it seems a little flimsy when I pul it in and out.

Range was delivered April 30, 2016. It is beautiful, & works well. One problem I had after it's first use - abrasions on the stove top burners from pots. I called Customer Service, they sent me a small sample of Cerama Bryte which was supposed to come with the unit. After using, it removed the marks. I do find it is an ordeal to keep the stove top clean. After each use, I have to polish with the Cerama Bryte, then buff. It would be nice to just take a damp cloth and wash/wipe it. It is very fragile. At this point, after 8 weeks, I have a small scratch on the large burner, it will not come out with the Cerama Bryte. I would like someone from Customer Service to contact me.
