We were looking for a new dishwasher and ended up with all new appliances. Great purchase. Love the warming burner. The convection oven works great.

The appliance came with the purchase of our home. Not too happy with it...it will be replaced in a couple of years.

bought 6 months ago. OK until steam got into back display panel and now can not use because the computer no longer works. The service tech will be here in a couple days but why is this designed so that steam can enter through the display panel, just mine or design flaw. Here's hoping this will not be an ongoing problem!

Poor design

We bought this oven and I like the features; however, the inner glass door continuously gets dirty when cooking. I am not able to clean it.

Thank you for sharing your concerns, LoriK49329. Food, grease, drips and streaks can get in between the glass panes in a variety of ways. Sometimes it drips down through vents in the top of the door. Grease from the oven can travel through steam vapors into the door where they settle leaving spots and streaks. Removing anything from in between the glass pieces will be a challenge. Try the following steps: By inserting a towel on a long-handled stick, you can gently clean between the glass panes without disassembling the door. First, find the vents on the door if you have them. STEP 1:It may be easier to remove the door from the hinges and lay it flat on the floor. Many oven doors simply lift right off of the hinges; others will require loosening a few screws first. STEP 2: Secure a towel or soft cloth (long socks work well) to the handle with duct tape or other strong tape. Make sure it’s well fastened so it doesn’t come off and become stuck in the door. Moisten the towel or soft cloth with the window cleaner or other cleaning product and insert it through the vents. STEP 3: Repeat with a clean cloth until all of the debris is gone and replace the door on the oven and enjoy the clear, clean view. I hope this helps! Please feel free to reconnect with us should you have any other questions. Courtney
