So loud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this range 3 weeks ago and wanted to return it as soon I installed it. While preheating the fan is so loud it sounds like an air compressor. During the evening hours it isn't horrible but when cooking in the morning I can't stand it.
Pro: Because it is new it heats up quickly and boils water fast.
I truly dislike this oven and do not recommend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the look, but the light is already broken

If you have replaced the bulb already, and it is still not working, please make sure that oven door light switch is not stuck in the closed position when oven door is opened. Average with room for improvement

Top looks and works well but the metal racks are so cheap and thin that when I set a small fryer chicken in to roast, the bakewear pan literally bounced on it like it would break. Too thin and sparsely spaced. Also the storage drawer is undersized and cheap, difficult to pull out. It could be 8" wider and several inches taller but one can fit few pans into the narrow openings. Dissappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice looking stove

It's a thing of beauty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this since right before Thanksgiving. It replaced a 23 year old Frigidaire that still worked, but was slowing down. At Thanksgiving, the oven accommodated a 15 pound turkey and two additional shelves of side dishes. Plenty of room. Tried the plug in thermometer in the breast as given in the instructions, however the turkey wasn't quite done. I relied on my regular meat thermometer in the thigh which is where I may try the plug in next time. Baked all my Christmas cookies and found one side of the cookie sheet seemed to brown the cookies more than the other. Baked on the convection setting which I am new to, so I think all the baking will improve in time as I become more accustomed to the features. Overall the features are very good. Oven and stovetop heat very quickly. The cook top is easy to mar, but cleans up with cleaner (a sample of which was not supplied with the stove although it is supposed to be applied before first use). I would give this 4-1/2 stars however 1/2 is not an option. I'm reasonably sure once I've had it for a few months I'd rate it a 5!
