Nice Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this range in late November and it was installed in our new construction home in Mid-December. I looks beautiful in our kitchen and functions well. I would like to note that there was a manufacturing defect on the control panel. A couple weeks after installation the control panel broke free from the bezel through normal use. Frigidaire sent out a local electronics repair technician to replace it. He stated that it looked like the screws were tightened too much at the factory and cracked the control panel. Anyways, it was replaced for free and functioning perfect now. Great customer service.

A Bit disappointed

This model replaced an 18 year old GE Profile electric range, which had a very easy to keep clean cooktop. The Frigidaire cooktop (black) shows everything and is very hard to keep clean - I have to clean it every time I use it with the cooktop cleaner. Also scratches easily - very disappointing feature. Very hot as well when oven on in the front of the stove top - older over did not get this hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oven Size is Fabulous--Dials are Difficult to See

I can fit two popover pans in side by side. The dials/knobs are a challenge. Because the mark is black on silver it is difficult to determine--especially from the distance of the width of the stove. VERY POOR DESIGN. I solved this by putting a small dab of red nail polish on top of each knob where the hard-to-see black line.

Love the oven! Not a big fan of the cooktop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought all Frigidaire appliances for a kitchen renovation. The range looks great and I love the big oven. But I don't like having the large burners in the front row of the cooktop, and they are too close to the front edge. I use the large burners the most, and they should be in the back row for increased safety since they are on for long periods of time. Also, the hot burner light doesn't indicate which burner is hot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

bad keypad

4 months new electric range stove stop working 4 days before Christmas! Had to move my entire Christmas party plan to my mother's house because no oven. Keypad malfunction, took 19 days before I can use it again. Absolutely inconvenience especially during holiday season! Seems like this is a comment problem. Perhaps Frigidair should consider including an extra keypad to each range stove sold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Heating coils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been please how the stove cooks the food and not overheat which means no adjusting the knobs. I did not have a chance to try the probe in the oven yet; but looking forward to roasting a whole chicken

Nice looking range

I bought this less than 18 months ago and I have had problems. I am now waiting for a repair person to come so I can use the range again.
