Nice Range, a few issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice range. Looks great. Cooktop is good. The true convection oven is awesome. Temperature probe works great.
It is work to keep the black cooktop surface looking clean. Oven preheat takes time. The convection fan should be quieter.
The bottom storage drawer is flimsy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features but I can't get them to work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my appliance but cannot seem to use the convection. Every time I try it goes back to bake. It never works. I follow the instructions but it doesn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
