Bought this range almost 4 years ago. The oven control panel has failed 3 times. It is out now. In addition my fast boil burner has gone out. A range should last 10 years. I have had troubles with mine sine it was 13 months old.

Has not lasted very long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this under a year and already have 3 different issues. The keypad is messed up and sometimes beeps and gives an error in the middle of the night; the cooktop is impossible to clean; the interior light died within 3 weeks of owning it.

Sorry to hear about your issues with the range. Regarding the cooktop being hard to clean, please review pages 36-37 in the Use and Care Guide for tips on how to clean and care for the cooktop. I’m not sure what the exact issue is regarding the light and the error but would love to learn more so we can assist with a resolution.
