looks great, good design and build except for controls. works and cooks very well once you get it going. definite improvement over our old range. it is feature rich so some practice with the controls is in order.

I purchased the 3 rack unit with a 5th warming burner and temperature probe. Covers all my needs. Was concerned about glass top, but the cleaner has been great. The pamphlet that came with my new range stated that a starter cleaning kit would be provided. However, the company I purchased from said they no longer make this complimentary. You should change your marketing, or insure that these are being provided.

Bought this as an upgrade to an ancient electric cooktop. Wow! Everything cooks so evenly, it gets up to and hold temperature like a champ! And super nice finishes all around. Well made and well priced!
