I am sorry that the cartridge does not seem to be working properly. I can understand how disappointing that must have been.
It is possible that the printhead in the printer needs to be cleaned. That is fairly simple to do. There is an option in the printer's menu that starts the cleaning process.
If that doesn't seem to help, the cartridge could be defective. Our return and exchange process is covered, step-by-step, at:
