I thought buying factory direct was the way to go, but these cartridges are useless. My printer doesn't work and the error code says it's due to faulty cartridges. Theres no less than one star option, so they get one, but buyer beware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found by experience that it's best to use brand-new cartridges as compared to using recycled/refilled cartridges. I always replace a used up cartridge with brand-new original HP ink cartridges and have never been disappointed.
