The cartridge would be fine if HP would continue to support this cartridge model in other HP printer models. After I installed the cartridge the print stopped functioning. I would accept that the printer needs replaced as I have had it for a long time but when look I don't see any HP printers that will use the 933 cartridge style. So now I have perfectly good ink cartridge but no printer to use it in.
I haven’t had to use the new ink cartridges yet but had to buy them because the previous two I purchased one won’t print at all saying can’t find the print head and the other tells me it is almost empty. So they were both bad.
I bought your product a month ago. Today, I opened it and installed 4 cartridges in my printer. To my surprise, the printer tells me that there is something wrong with the product, and asks me to contact HP company. Nothing is printed at all. I want to return the product to you. May I use return envelope to return my product with old used cartridges? Everyday, I use my printer a lot because I am a writer as a poetess and an essayist. I am looking forward to receiving your reply.
