After installing the new High Yield Black Ink Cartridge, it emptied out in the right hand corner of my printer and now my printer won't work.

I bought 2 print cartridges, one was installed. the second is for standby. I seem to recall getting one document from the new installation before it began refusing to print. i have attempted at least 5 times get it to work, including reinstall software. ultimately the program says call HP.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am sorry that you had this problem. It is likely to be the printer at fault rather than the cartridge.
Sometimes resetting the printer can clear an error. Leave the printer turned on and unplug it. Wait a minute or two and plug it back in. If that does not help, you can contact us using your preferred method. Options are listed at: hp.com/contactHP
