Like elevation and storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is more a question than a review. Is there supposed to be something in the handle part (the space that the control panel occupies on the washer sidekick)? If not, is there something that should be where the screw holes are? It looks very unfinished the way it is. I’m wondering of something was left out with the installation since the washer sidekick was missing the measuring cup.

I BOUGHT THE PEDESTAL AND PEDESTAL WASHER FROM LG DIRECTLY AND THEY LOST IT IN SHIPPING AFTER MONTHS OF WAITING. I PRETTY MUCH GOT AN OH WELL AND GOT MY MONEY BACK. SO I WENT TO TWO DIFFERENT STORES AND BOUGHT THE ITEMS. I LOVE THE PEDESTAL BUT THE WASHER IS NOT AS GOOD AS I WAS EXPECTING. IT TEARS UP MY UNDERGARMENTS TO THE POINT THAT THEY ARE RUINED, EVEN ON THE HAND WASH CYCLE. IT IS REALLY DISAPPOINTING. YOU ALSO ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO USE ANY BLEACH IN THE WASHER, SO THERE GOES WASHING REALLY DIRTY SMALL LOADS. SO WHAT DO THEY EXPECT TO BE WASHED IN IT? IT REALLY IS NOT AS USEFUL AS I WAS EXSPECTING ESPECIALLY FOR THE COST.

WASTE OF MONEY!

What's the point in having a storage pedestal if you can't store anything that has to stay upright (like detergent bottles, spray bottles, etc.). Total waste of money! Also regret buying LG washer and dryer. The settings are very limited and it's nearly impossible to wash & dry anything on normal to low heat cycles. Will never want to buy anything LG ever again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this machine

This washing machine is amazing, we got it a month ago and I love it; it's fast, leaves the clothes really clean and almost dried. It plays music when the load its done but the best part is the capacity, simply amazing how much you can fit in it in one load, no more wasting my Saturdays doing laundry.

I love my new front loaders and with this pedestal it helps so much. No back pain what so ever! I would definitely recommend to anyone who's thinking about getting a new set.

Other than for adding height to the washer/dryer so I didn't have to bend so far when using the machine, which I like, I wanted to use my pedestals for my laundry detergents and other laundry products. Unfortunately most products are too tall to live in the drawers, right side up, which is too bad, especially because they aren't inexpensive.

My husband did not believe we needed these, however I insisted. Now that we have them, he would not have it any other way. They provided extra storage and we do not have to bend over to do the laundry as these lift the W & D up to mid-level. Easy to clean. Very convenient and stylish.
