The product has good features for a basic phone

three of us bought the same phone thinking it was not quite a smart phone but had lots of same features...big mistake...phone turns on at the slightest touch...randomly brings up apps /sites that you need to clear to get to the phone. were told could access internet through wi fi on this...no, that was a lie. can't get to voice activated without pushing multiple keys. not user friendly...just get a smart phone or basic phone if that is what you really need. don't waste your money on this one...two good qualities...the keyboard is good size and easy to get to and use and the screen size is great. can't wait to get a new phone...

From day one it was shutting it's self off an freezing up they said it need an update an all that did was made it worse an they say there is nothing I can do about it

Unfortunately, I didn't find out about all the problems with this phone until after the 14 day exchange period was over.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, alerts/alarms don't work
