The tablet seems great to use but after a while it continuously shuts down with a persistent message that says the tablet is overheating so it has to shut down all apps excepts the contact app. There seems to be no solution to the problem. It also occurs at the end of the warranty. Why?
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, no support

I have a special needs brother who likes to use this device because the apps I can install on it helps him with is motor skills. The screen is big enough for him to see and interact with the apps. Its just the right size for big games that don' look good on cell Phones. When I first used it it was real easy to figure how to work the device.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: kind of hard to hold while playing some games

easy to pick up and use out of the box

Loved this product as soon as it came out of the box, great battery life and screen quality. Only problem i've had is settings being easy to find and change.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers
Cons: hard to find settings

I purchased 2 of the high end 10" tablets for my sons. After vicarious experience with those products, I purchased a Galaxy Tab 4 for myself. I am so very pleased with the great value and function of the Galaxy Tab 4, that I will hopefully be upgrading to the larger and more powerful tablet next.
The Communication with my Samsung phone was a real bonus.....transferring contacts took 30 seconds tops. After using Samsung g Tablets, we purchased 2 Smart televisions as well. Watching someone "flick" an image from tablet to TV was...we..like Tony Stark.

Finally a tablet that works

After purchasing 3 off brand tablets, I told myself that the next tablet I bought will have to serve it's purpose. My other tablets broke and I couldn't find anyone to fix them. So I was wasting money. I saw the Samsung Tab 4 and said this is what I was looking for. So I made the purchase and I have not regretted it. This tablet is everything that I was looking for and more. I will be buying 3 more for my kids as Christmas gifts.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable
