Definitely Worth the Money!

This Product does everything it claims to do and more! Having the UHQ Upscaler turned on in the phone makes worlds of difference wt these headphones. It puts you through a series of sound test for both ears to find a nice balance and create a richer experience for you. Also downloading the Samsung Level app lets you choose to be alerted wt notifications, has equalizer settings and allows to toggle voice commands. The app lets you control the volume simultaneously for the phone volume and the headphone volume. These headphones can actually share the same audio to another pair of the same headphones wt a tap of a button from the app! thats pretty cool im waiting to get my boyfriend some of these for when we travel we can share the same audio when watching a movie on our tablet. The sound quality is amazing! the base is awesome and it just has a much richer experience out of the box and especially after you turn on the UHQ Upscaler on the phone. AND THEIR LOUD!!!! These are really nice, my brother had the regular level U's.... and these are 10x better!!! Definitely worth the extra money. the band around the neck feels more solid and stays in place on my neck, its very comfortable and light weight i always forget that its their. you can you the play pause button to answer and end calls and turn on music. the volume buttons when held alow you to jump to previous or next track. the microphone placement is awesome everyone hears me loud and clear. These headphones can be paired to multiple devices at once. i have them paired to my note 5 and my galaxy gear s watch. i can answer a call on either my phone or the my watch and the audio gets routed to headset. if im playing audio on one device and i play audio on the second... the second device takes precedence, till i stop play back then the 1st device resumes playing. its a seamless experience after the initial setup. the battery life is awesome i get mb 3 days out of these... and that's wt listening to music, making calls... and just having them in standby mode. when getting a call the headset will tell you who is calling and vibrate on your neck. you can pull the magnetic headphones apart and instantly answer the call, and when placed back together it hangs up. also you can pull the headphones apart and instantly have it start playing music. these settings can be turned on and off in the app. Another Cool Feature is it lets you pick 4 favorite apps that you would be using the headphones with and when pair with the phone and allowed to use with media.... the 4 apps show up in your drop down notifications bar for a quick short cut and great experience. i use google music, youtube, netflix and google play movies on mine. Samsung really put a lot of thought and time into these headphones. their definitely worth the money and highly recommend them! Your not just getting bluetooth headphones, but an experience that will change your life from ever using anything but these again! Also i might add then i use the for running and they fit perfectly in the ear, they dont bounce or move around and they stay in, and provide a loud rich experience.... if you get a phone call when listening to music the music will pause when the call is answered and when the call is ended the music resume automatically HOW COOL IS THAT!!! 1 more thing they are not really big and stick out of your ears really crazy they fit and look like normal ear buds which is a plus!

I had tried many pairs of headphones and all of then
were disaster till couple of days ago when I got my headphones. start from comfort to quality and look, samsung headphones are just amazing. the sound coming our from them was surprisingly great together with the mic especially if i use them with my note 5. Almost miss important phone calls today but thx to the vibration add in em don't have to worry no more. battery is great , one charge and still have them on ( believe it's my 3rd day) .
next pair will be the Samsung Level level on pro . wonder what they have to surprise me with!

Great product, just have some little issues, some can fixed via update, some you'll have to figure out.
1. It needs a carrying case. I know and I get it, you should be wearing it. There are just times when you need to put it away for a while in a backpack or some sort of carrying luggage and you'll have to figure out how to make sure it wont get tangled with something else. A zip lock bag would probably be fine.
2. Volume is really good and really loud once you install the Samsung Level app. And that's the issue, you need the app. What makes it bad is that the app doesnt do anything but configure settings for the earphones. Would be nice for it to actually have more features that aren't available yet with just the normal earbuds. How about letting it remember the equalizer settings for each of the song you configure it to?
3. Ringing sound drove me nuts. No, not the ringer sound for phone calls. The earbuds produce a very loud "ringing" sound randomly when you put the device and earbud volumes at full and enable any of the 3: 3D, Bass, Clarity. What's worse is you will have no clue why it's doing that and the only thing you can do to get rid of the loud sound is to turn it off and on. Of course if you have music playing, it will pause but once you play it again, get your ears ready for the loud ringing sound again as it will be back almost instantly.
4. Color choices could have been better. This item came out with just 2 colors. Yes, just 2. If you have a white Samsung device, you're out of luck.
5. The design is near perfect, just needs some more thoughts. The magnetic earbuds do work but they dont stay aligned to each other. Perhaps a retracting design would have been better. The neckpiece isnt adjustable either so if you're not a fat dude that weighs over 400lbs and no longer have a "neck", expect this thing to loosely hug your neck. On the brightside, it is very lightweight and more comfy to wear than the Gear Circle.
Pros: Lightweight, great design, noise cancelling, really loud volume, long battery life
Cons: no carrying case, unadjustable neck piece, color availability
