Beautiful Cooktop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my cooktop with the exact same same one from LG. It lasted 10 years until I accidentally dropped a large appliance on it which would have broken any cooktop. The LCE3010SB is beautiful and functional. It heats up fast and allows for multi level cooking.

Not so great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a replacement stovetop a few weeks ago. It’s ok but I find the controls to be a two step process which seems unnecessary. You have to press the individual control to on and then go back to the central control to select the temp 1-9. You have to do this every time you adjust the burner. Also you have have to hold each surface button down for a few seconds there not instantaneous. Both of these issues are quite annoying when you have multiple burners in use!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Control Panel malfunctioned 2 year after purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So disappointed. Touchpad stopped working after22 months. Can’t get high heat or turn certain burners off individually- need to shut the entire cook top off. Repair is SLOW!!!! I personally think this is a fire hazard. Still waiting for the repair guy to show up with the part!
