There is a touch area that says “warm” but it doesn’t seem to react when touched. At some point I expect we’ll figure it out but the instructions are not totally clear. Maybe YouTube video instructions would help.

Less than 6 months after I started using my cooktop it broke on the corner when I set a sauce Pan down to reposition my grip. They would not warranty it for supposed normal wear and tear

Unit failed after one year

Just as the warranty expired, we began having problems. The dual burner would not activate, coupled with the standard burners being intermittent as well as not recognizing touch. Then the two- pitched beeping randomly began- and the led lights blinking on all controls. Not happy- unit is unreliable. Seems to be a known problem- talked to repair facility- they said the same thing-
