Everytime I walk into my kitchen, I feel I have to dust my cooktop. It’s not dusty but appears to have dust on it due to the bubbles in the cooktop. Very disappointed. This was not shown on line nor did it mention it in the description.

Was looking for something without raised knobs and I am totally happy with my find. However, I am on the learning curve I that I have to keep the child lock feature on when not in use. Apparently if you sit something on the controls, lights start flashing all over

My parents had 30" LG cook top for 2 years, on Christmas day one burner set low went to full high by itself and would not turn off had to shut off breaker, been without stove ever sincé

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this a little over 6 years and one of the burners has stopped working. I guess it is the planned obsolescence that is coming into play. It works well but sometimes the low settings seem to be a little too much. Also the whole cooktop lights up sometimes if you set something on it or if the electricity blinks which is worrisome. Having to spends potentially hundreds of dollars to fix an appliance that isn't that old is a little annoying but they are made to break. I have a refrigerator that is around 60 years old that still works. Companies care more about profit than the environment. They have the capability to make things that last but that cuts into their profit margin so destroy the earth we live on for a pocket full of money.
