[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My contractor must have dropped something on the cooktop when installing the hood and a piece of the grid on the grille assembly broke off before I even used it. Customer service was helpful and replaced it at no charge as it's still under warranty. The second one had a crack in one of the grids, when it came out of the box, so Customer Service was again very helpful and replaced it at no charge. Great customer service, but 2 brand new broken grids? What happens after the one year warranty is up? It's also hard to get stains off the burners.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had an electric stove and like the gas much better. This cooktop was a disappointment, especially for the price. It was advertised that the knobs had LED lighting when turned on but do not. The superboil does not boil water any faster than other cooktops I have had. The worst thing is that the grates do not fit properly and so when I am stirring in a pan they rattle and its annoying. Sort of like when a table has one leg shorter than the others and becomes unstable on the surface when weight is placed upon it. The cooktop is attractive if you keep up with the cleaning. I have received many compliments.

The design makes it so you can use multiple pans of different sizes all at the same time. I do wish that there was at least one more of the larger burners though. All in all great product.

I have had this cooktop for 3 weeks and have tried multiple recipes with it. It lights easily, adjusts fully for a range of temperatures. The recessed feature helped with a small boil over. The cooktop is easy to keep clean .
