Excellent washer for the money, great features!

We have had this washer along with the matching LG dryer for a few months, The clothes come extremely clean (Using TideHE) so far. The spin cycle really gets the water out allowing for shortened dryer time. The features are abundant and quiet. Wow, I didn't think a washer could be this quiet!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

This washer is fantastic! I have owned it for just over a month & couldn't be happier!! It holds so many clothes and even though it uses less water my husbands work clothes still come out so clean. At first I was intimidated with all of the settings but it's so easy to change it to what setting you want that there's no difficulty at all. I really compared & researched many washers before purchasing this one & I will definitely buy another LG product in the future. Buy it & you won't be disappointed.

The features that you get on this washer for the price were great. We have had this washer for a couple of months only but it has seen a lot of use with no issues.

This product was very good value at time of purchase,and had a lot of good features,without being over the topin feature the average household wouldn't use. Installation went fine ran first load with technician present. Everything went great. Read handbook, checked to make sure machine was properly balanced. I did 5 loads in the following week all came out very clean. Day 9 I tried to start a load and a clutch error showed up,I unplugged the machine, and called a tech. the next day, that was Monday. Wed a very nice technician came out to my home, spent well over an hour and then told me he would have to order a part, and I won't get it installed until Friday. For a first time buyer of an LG washer, I'm not impressed with the product, the clothes may be clean and I may use less water, but I'm not too trusting of a product, that it could breakdown after 5 loads. Maybe this was just a lemon, but do I want to own a potential problem machine? I did get the extended warranty on it which I usually don't do, thank goodness. I'll write another review after I've owned the product for at least 6 mos.

It is very friendly for a smart washer and is very quiet, handles loads very well and the clothes get very clean, i wondered how it would wash without an agitator and it does a wonderful job, would recommend it to friends. I did research on line before going with an LG product and i am very happy with my new smart washer

Great machine

iI appreciate all the additional information sent to me via e-mail about my new machine. It is a wonderful machine and saves on my water bill, However, as other reviews stated, I am disappointed that it can not wash products with rubber backings, such as mattress covers.
The huge tub does extra large loads, but it would be diffficult for a short person to get the load out. Fortunately, I am tall and it works for me.

Good looking and easy to use. This is my second LG washer. We had a front load for 10 years and thought we would try a top load the second time around. Uses even less water than the front load. So far I am very pleased with my new washer.
