Super Quiet and Efficient

I love the large capacity, the quietness and the efficiency of this washer. There are so many options to choose from, it covers any type of load I've had.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

I told my husband to buy the best. I use all the features on my washer. I'm a person that actually likes doing laundry.This does have every feature. That is really one of the only good things about it, especially since it was so expensive.
1) It goes out of balance at least 50% of the time.
2) I didn't want a front load because I heard they mildew if you don't leave the door open after use. When this arrived I found out I have to leave it open also. And, they recommend cleaning it. There is no way I am going to run a "cleaner" through a machine that is designed to clean.
3) Even though it doesn't use as much water, the cycles are ridiculously long. I don't see a savings in energy or money if I do a small load. I'm afraid the motor isn't going to last and my electric bill is going up.
4) I am picky about my laundry room and how it looks. The glass top is ok, but the stainless already shows marks and I am extremely careful.
5) I did want a large tub, but this is designed so that I have to get up on one foot to reach the clothes on the bottom and I am 5'5" tall.
6) We are going to need a dryer and it will bother me if my appliances don't match, but I am so disappointed, not sure what to do about that purchase.

I am only 5ft tall and I have found it a bit difficult to remove laundry from the deep tub. Also I am still looking for a gentle cycle. Otherwise I am happy with the machine.

I have owned my washer now just about a month. I like its quietness and ease of operation. I love that there is no agitator. Though the tub is kind of deep for a 5 foot person, I like that I can move the tub to me to get the rest of the clothes out of the washer without having to reach to the other side.
My favorite feature is the ability to sense the size of the load and load the water accordingly. All I have to do is select the type load and the washer does the rest.
This washer was rated by consumer magazine to be the best in the range of washers to buy.

Works great

I came form a front loader, had that from twelve year. I love my new LG, but the only thing is when clothes come out of the machine the are wrinkled and I remove them right away. Besides that I love the machine. I will say I had wished I got the model above this one just because my old front loaded had more settings, but that was my fault.
My wife and I love the music when the machine comes to the end of it's cycle. We liked it so much my wife had me by LG through out our whole home and we love those products as well.
Pros: easy to use

I recently purchased the LG washer I took my husband to help me pick out a washer/dryer and to be honest this washer was not the one that I wanted to buy just because I don't like the top lod washer machines. But I let my husband pick out the washer/dryer just because he said he would help do the laundry if I pick the top load SO we end up with the LG washer/dryer that he love the way it looks and wat it offers.
The fist couple of day I hated the washer because I thought that the washer wasn't washing the clothes because it didn't Sok the clothes like the older ones. So I went to the LG website to see if that was normal , and after I learn more about how it works and how different it washes I liked it and I honestly would recommend it .... and yes my husband dose help me with the laundry. :)

I have had this washer for a few months now and love almost everything about it. Sometimes I do have to rearrange the clothes if the load gets unlevel. Also, if I would have anything changed on this washer and dryer also, it would be that the lights that come on around the dial showing you what to choose, I would have the letters light up instead of the lines. It is blinding and I always have to cover the lights in order to read what I am to choose. Other than that, very satisfied. The melody doesn't play anymore either. I paid for the extra warranty so I will be calling to have that looked at.

Don't Waste Your Money

I had problems with this machine from day 1. Within a month the control panel had to be replaced. It doesn't put enough water to wet clothes. After less than 2 years, warranty is out of course, it won't complete a cycle without an error. I don't trust the machine enough to start it and walk away. I have to stand over it to make sure enough water fills the tub to wet clothes and close enough to here buzzer when error happens in mid cycle so I can mess with it enough to get it to finish. VERY disappointed in product.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
