Since I bought this washer I am always amazed to its variety features and performance. Though with any different loads, it always give me the same performance and efficiency.

Thank goodness for the clear lid

The new washers take a while to get used to, and I wondered why this came with a see-through lid, but it has been very helpful to determine the differences between the cycles and which one to use. I didn't think the manual explained the cycles very well and I was confused when I started using this machine, but after watching what actually goes on in there, I love the clear lid. I think it's a great idea because otherwise the machines lock and you can't tell what's going on. Now I like the various cycle choices and think it's very easy to use, but there was a large learning curve. I also like that it has several features that my mother's machine does not have. I have had very few problems with the spin cycle and unbalanced loads, and find that it cleans our clothes just fine.

Amazing Machine!

Me and my Fiance bought this product when moving into our new house together. We did a lot of shopping ahead of time, and were glad we did. The reviews on this machine were good so we decided it was the best machine in our price range. we love it! It is very spacious and we can get all of our laundry done in 2-3 loads. The jingle at the end of each load is great too, so we don't have to keep walking out into the garage to check on it, and it's much more pleasant than the old buzzer that goes off.

Overall, an excellent machine

I love this washing machine, it is very quiet, has been very dependable, and gets the clothes quite clean. The only issue i have with it is the design of the detergent tray.
The tray has a blue insert that you put the liquid or powder in. When the washer fills, the water washes the soap into the laundry tub. The problem is that some of the soap washes into the outer tray, and doesn't drain into the tub completely, often continuing to drip into the tub even after the clothes are finishes washing, so I have to re-wash the clothes with the soap drained onto them about every other load.

The washer does such a better job than my last one ever did. Its very quiet and uses much less water than my previous machine. The spin cycle gets the clothes so dry you almost don't need the drier. I love it and would recommend this product.

I read all reviews, so glad that I didn't go with the ones that were negative. I love this washer ! It washes the clothes so clean. I replaced this machine for my 6 1/2 year old front loader. I hated the front loader for a long time, so finally gave it to my daughter. ( nothing was wrong with it either ) . my front loader never looked like it had enough water in it to get clothes clean! This top loader has water !!! Another great thing it is sooooo quiet !!! You will love this washer ! Oh, just don't dump your clothes in it , lay them around in circle leaving a hole in center of drum. That way it won't get off balance!

Love all the different settings it has. It holds a lot more than most washers do & a definite plus for my large family. I like that it senses your load & conserves water based on your load size so you always get the right amount of water. Definitely a great purchase & would buy LG again.
