GREAT PRODUCT

LG products are great, I had a front loader washing machine for over 7 years sold my house and had to leave it for the new owners, I was hesitant about buying this machine because it had no agitator , but it was one of the best appliance buying decision I made 1. it washes better than if it had the agitator and it had a few more options that the fist one I bought. Very Great Product. Thanks LG

Outstanding Performance

We bought this to replace our front load LG which was difficult to keep balanced on our tile floor in the laundry room. I was leery at first, because I didn't think that the top loader would give us the same performance as the front loader, but boy, was I wrong. The drum spins just as fast as the front loader, and we don't have any of the balance issues the other one had. AND, the clothes come out barely needing a dry, which saves us big on energy costs.
Pros: Performance, Features/Settings, Quality

Super Big Capacity

There are so many things I love about my new washer...it's huge capacity can wash my heavy quilted king bedspread without any of the issues I had with my old washer. Very easy to use. You can let the auto programs select you wash features or make simple adjustments (I like to wash in cold as much as possible). It's relatively quiet, except when it's spinning, then there is a slight high pitched whine that I don't care for, as long as I keep the door to the laundry room closed it's not much of a bother, but it is the only thing I don't like and the other great things out weigh it.

Very happy with the cleaning abilities of this machine. Disappointed with the outer finish. Have had the washer 3 months and already have several scratches on the top. The only thing I set there is the detergent bottle and plastic hangers.

The meeat the need for our Family

This machine works great. Our main reason for buying this size of machine was to have the ability to wash large heavy loads like Towels, jeans, athletic gear comfortors and sleeping bags. We have not been disapointed the machine has handled all of our load sizes without any problem. The only feature that I wish this model had is a specified gentle cycle.
The load sensing feature (Weight of the load) provides the right amount of water to each load as long as you do not added additional items after the the wash has started. The machine will fill completely because it does not have the capability to weigh the load once water has been added to the machine

Love this washer! Huge capacity, quiet and easy to use.
NO " unbalanced load" issues others have reported.
Clothes come out clean and almost as "dry" as a front loader, so dryer time is less, too.
Lots of options so you can customize your washing, water temp, spin velocity and more.
A great product and worth your consideration.

Pretty but not as good as old washer

This is a nice washer. The cycles I use take longer but that is not much of an issue. The problem I have is that the pant legs and shirt sleeves wrap around each other- get wrinkly and wrinkles don't come out in the dryer. I now have to iron things that I formerly did not. Sorry to not have a stellar review. I will read up on this and see if I can find a resolution.
